:: Governing Biodiversity. 'Access to Genetic Resources and Approaches to Obtain Benefits from Their Use: the Case of the Philippines'

The paper focuses on the Philippines framework in governing biodiversity. The paper suggests the creation of an indipendent public agency with decision power, to be advises by a multistakeholder body. Moreover, the authors consider the adoption and implementation by the Philippines of a Treaty and CBD, taking into account some possible externalities.
