El objeto de esta notificación es presentarle las decisiones dirigidas a las partes contratantes respecto de la compilación de un listado de expertos, de conformidad con los procedimientos aplicables a las terceras partes beneficiarias. En caso de una solución de controversias, las partes contratantes del Acuerdo normalizado de transferencia de material podrán designar mediadores y árbitros de dicho listado de expertos.

Third Party Beneficiary Procedures - Nomination of Experts

The purpose of this notification is to bring to your attention decisions that are addressed to Contracting Parties in relation to the compilation of a list of experts in accordance with the Third Party Beneficiary Procedures. In the context of dispute settelment, the parties to a Standard Material Transfer Agreement may appoint mediators and arbitrators from such a list of experts.
